The Ofsted inspection process needs root and branch revision. Now. Tweaking it isn’t good enough. It isn’t fit for purpose, and how that isn’t obvious to everyone who is involved in education in this country is beyond me. Someone needs to grasp the nettle and just do it. Enough said.
